Martha Williams and friends will share information about (and then you will get to try short sessions) mindfulness-based stress reduction, simple meditation techniques and loving kindness meditation. Come learn some simple techniques to create better sleep, dissolve anxiety, increase mental clarity, self-realization, and live a more intentional life. We will be seated in chairs but feel free to bring a lumbar support if you have one.
