Ceallaigh Smart, U.S. Executive Director, Haiti Outreach

Ceallaigh Smart brings more than 25 years of nonprofit leadership to Haiti Outreach. She is also Founder and Executive Director of Print the Love. A past President of the Minnesota International NGO Network, she holds an MA in Nonprofit Arts Administration and is based in Minneapolis.

Haiti Outreach

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Pignon, Haiti, Haiti Outreach is developing a leadership curriculum that shifts how Haitian leaders approach their work, moving from dependence on outside aid toward ownership, accountability, and long-term planning. Through its Leadership Sustainable Development Coaching program, municipal leaders in Cavaillon, Ferrier, and Pignon are learning to lead their own community development. Built on nearly 30 years of community-led water and sanitation success, the curriculum is now being scaled nationwide through 2035.
