Foundations of Creation: Water
In this presentation, Eóin Small will focus on key issues facing Minnesota elected officials during the 2026 legislative session, including climate justice and Indigenous rights, protections for Manoomin/Psin (wild rice), and regulatory frameworks for hyperscale data centers. Eóin will also provide a basic overview of the Rise & Repair Alliance ecosystem, share general thoughts on community organizing (the Overton window, the Spectrum of Allies), and offer opportunities to get involved and collaborate.
