Summer Solstice: Potluck and Labyrinth Walk

  • St. Luke Presbyterian Church 3121 Groveland School Road Minnetonka, MN, 55391 United States (map)

Labyrinth walking is a centuries-old practice and provides an opportunity to embark on a spiritual journey of peaceful reflection, meditation, and prayer. Join us as we gather first for a potluck (please sign up at the back of the sanctuary or contact the office). We’ll eat in the Columbarium area at 6:00. Outside seating and tables will be available, but you can bring a camp chair or picnic blanket if you wish… and wear comfortable shoes! Once we’ve eaten, we’ll make our way to the labyrinth in the back. We know that the labyrinth poses accessibility issues for some. We will have finger labyrinths available. Bring your friends! Music will be provided by the St. Luke Folk Retrievers.

Want to Know More About Labyrinths?

Our library has several books about them, found in the Faith/Spirituality section (the second bookshelf on the left). Two of the books are by local author Jill Geoffrion. Checkout is for three weeks. Then please return the book to the black bin just inside the library door within that time frame so that others may use it. Please contact the office with any library questions. Enjoy reading!

You Can Walk the Labyrinth Anytime!

The St. Luke Labyrinth is a wonderful way to slow down and calm your heart and mind. Located in the back, southeast corner of our grounds, you can stop by any time and walk the labyrinth’s winding path.
