The Salt Cure Restaurant Recovery Fund

“Restaurants don’t exist without immigrants.”

Many small restaurants don’t have a large enough platform to ask for meaningful help. Others are too afraid of being targeted, and putting their teams at risk. A collective of local Minnesotans have started this fund to aid restaurant workers and owners during this impossible situation. They are working with dedicated and structurally sound partners in the community to assure that funds get into the right hands.
