Fall Pine Ridge Trip

Can you teach sewing, help with sewing or beading projects, or perform light sewing machine repairs? The next semiannual sewing and beading trip to the Pine Ridge Reservation is coming up in October. St. Lukers have been making this trip for over 30 years, bringing sewing machines and fabric so people living there can sew or bead, or learn to sew or bead. We often see the 3rd or 4th generation of families. We have a couple of spots available in our cars, so let us know if you are interested in going. Last spring, the cost was about $320 per person, including room, board, and gas. With current gas prices, we expect the cost to be a bit higher this year. Scholarships are available.
